Role and Responsibilities:

This position is key to creating a customer-focused environment and supporting store operations and staff development.

• Engage with customers in a professional manner and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Train and mentor Pawnbrokers to meet company standards and expectations.
• Recruit new employees using company-approved hiring channels.
• Handle store opening and closing duties, including cash management and merchandise security.
• Implement inventory controls and safeguard company assets.
• Oversee store presentation, loan transactions, and merchandising processes.
• Analyze financial data and set store goals to drive performance and profitability.
• Ensure operations meet or exceed corporate standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accuracy in loan qualification and product valuation.
• Act as the store leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Complete required training and clearly communicate store objectives to the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of six (6+) months in a supervisory or third key holder role.
• High School diploma, GED, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and climbing.
• Works well independently with limited supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in handling cash transactions accurately.
• Comfortable handling firearms and open to certification where required.
• Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail management, inventory oversight, or sales.
• Knowledge of financial goal-setting and profit analysis techniques.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation ranges from $17.00 to $21.00, based on qualifications and experience (based on a 40-hour week).
• Eligible for commission earnings between 2% and 8%, based on individual gross profit performance.
• Additional average commission earnings of $3.53 per hour.
