Role and Responsibilities:

The Retail District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, staffing, and performance of multiple stores within a specific geographic district. This leadership role focuses on driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing store leadership teams.

• Manage 10–15 retail store locations to achieve or exceed district sales and profit goals.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Implement and maintain consistent execution of company policies and operational standards across all locations.
• Analyze financial reports, inventory data, and sales trends to identify areas of opportunity and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and quality assurance standards throughout the district.
• Recruit, train, and develop leadership talent to support current and future business needs.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support store teams.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes accountability, engagement, and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams including merchandising, human resources, and supply chain to execute strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting financial statements and operational data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Adaptable and results-oriented, with flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned district.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
