It is the Janitor's role to keep all sections within the establishment clean and tidy, guaranteeing a secure and favorable setting for members and guests at Planet Fitness during late hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly sanitize and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, locker rooms, gym flooring, and fitness apparatus.
• Refill locker room supplies like paper goods and cleansing agents.
• Report any dysfunctional or unavailable amenities or machinery, such as toilets, showers, or fitness equipment, to the Club Manager without delay.
• Comply with the procedures detailed in the Lost and Found Policy by submitting any recovered belongings to the Club Manager or the Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred.
• The job requires reliability, punctuality, and availability for third-shift duties.
• Showing a commitment to hard work alongside a reputation for being truthful and honorable.
• Being capable of working autonomously and finding solutions spontaneously.
• Exuding a professional attitude while showcasing exceptional communication skills.
• To participate, one must be over the age of 17, according to the regulations.
• It is necessary to have completed High School or attained an equivalent GED.

Physical Demands

• It is necessary to be able to continually stand and walk while on duty.
• Consistent stretching of hands, fingers, and arms.
• Periodic participation in climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching tasks.
• Ability to occasionally hoist objects weighing more than 80 pounds.
• Interaction with cleaning solutions and substances.
