Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging professionally and resolving customer concerns.
• Support and train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit talent using company-prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and securing merchandise.
• Ensure inventory control and asset protection practices are followed.
• Oversee store processes including merchandising, loan management, and presentation.
• Analyze financial reports and set goals to drive profitability.
• Monitor and maintain operational standards to meet or exceed company expectations.
• Ensure proper loan qualification and value integrity.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Complete training tasks for self-development and communicate store objectives to employees.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum six (6+) months of management or 3rd key experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with knowledge of POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong multitasking skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Willingness to work with firearms and become certified if applicable.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, sales, or retail leadership.
• Previous exposure to financial goal-setting or profit analysis.
• Comfort working in multiple locations based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour (based on qualifications and experience).
• Commission potential: 2%–8% based on gross profit of personal performance.
• Additional average earnings of $3.53/hour through commissions.
