Role and Responsibilities:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations to optimize store performance and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop your team, manage inventory and cash procedures, and use data-driven strategies to support business success.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Hire, coach, and retain a motivated and high-performing team
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash control and product organization
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve performance
• Ensure compliance with all transactions related to loans and purchases
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and uphold store operational standards
• Complete other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage store personnel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Previous experience handling cash transactions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and complete physical tasks
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work at multiple store locations as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in retail or sales settings
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with firearms or interest in becoming certified

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $14.70 to $25.00, based on a standard 40-hour workweek. This role also includes performance-based bonus opportunities.
