Merchandiser

About the Role:

As a Merchandiser at Frito-Lay, you’ll play a key role in making sure our delicious snacks look their best and are always available to customers. You’ll be the face of our brand in stores, responsible for organizing and stocking products, maintaining displays, and building strong relationships with retailers. If you’re someone who loves working independently, has an eye for detail, and enjoys being on the move, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish Frito-Lay products on store shelves to ensure availability and visibility

• Set up attractive and organized product displays and promotional materials according to company guidelines

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management and store personnel

• Maintain clean and orderly shelf space, including removing outdated or damaged products

• Collaborate closely with store managers and staff to support sales and resolve any merchandising issues

• Use handheld technology to track inventory, complete reports, and manage product information

• Travel regularly within your assigned territory to visit multiple store locations and maintain merchandising standards

• Provide feedback and share insights from the field to help improve product placement and marketing strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable with physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between store locations

• Basic comfort with technology such as handheld devices or smartphones

• Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
