Regional Class A CDL Driver

Frito-Lay is seeking dependable and safety-focused Regional Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for transporting our beloved snack products across a regional area, ensuring timely and secure deliveries to distribution centers and partner locations. You’ll be representing a trusted name in the snack industry and will play a key part in keeping shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver Frito-Lay products to regional destinations.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle and report any issues.

• Follow all federal and state DOT regulations, as well as company policies.

• Unload trailers using a two-wheeler or liftgate as required.

• Verify loads, complete paperwork, and obtain necessary delivery signatures.

• Maintain logs and records using electronic logging devices (ELDs).

• Support backhaul and return shipments to maximize route efficiency.

• Represent Frito-Lay professionally with store personnel and customers.

• Adapt to changing delivery schedules and regional routes as business needs shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

• At least 100,000 verifiable miles or 1 year of Class A driving experience.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable with regional travel and overnight stays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with refrigerated freight or food/beverage transportation.

• Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and ELDs.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment:

• Primarily regional routes within a designated area.

• Work performed in all weather conditions.

• Exposure to noise and vehicle traffic in loading/unloading areas.
