Role and Responsibilities

We are hiring a Sales and Operations Trainee to assist with day-to-day operations and build the leadership skills necessary to grow into a Store Manager role. Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly

• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members to achieve performance targets

• Participating in hiring, onboarding, and staff development processes

• Handling store opening/closing duties, loan transactions, and daily cash management

• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to increase profitability

• Ensuring accurate inventory management, proper merchandising, and a clean, well-organized store environment

• Acting as interim Store Manager when needed

• Completing all required training and leadership development initiatives for career advancement

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or retail management experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification required

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (45+ hours/week), including weekends and holidays

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems

• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic retail setting

• Flexible to work across different store locations as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Experience with firearms and applicable certifications is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18.00–$24.00, based on location and experience

• Commission: Up to 8% of gross profit; average additional earnings of $4.21/hour

• Performance Bonuses: Awarded based on store goals and performance

• Paid Time Off:

  • 1 week after 6 months of employment

  • 2 weeks after 1 year

  • Up to 120 hours per year after 5 years

• Sick/Personal Leave:

  • 8 hours after 6 months

  • 16 hours annually from years 2 to 5

  • 24 hours per year after 5 years
