Role and Responsibilities:

We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to lead daily operations and enhance overall store performance. In this role, you will mentor and manage team members, safeguard company assets, review financial data, and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

• Deliver professional customer service and address concerns efficiently
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and merchandise management
• Supervise inventory, merchandising, and overall store appearance
• Use financial reports and data to drive business results
• Ensure compliance with all loan and purchase processes
• Uphold a customer-first mindset and consistent store standards
• Perform additional tasks as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent background
• At least 2 years of experience in management and customer service
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Experience handling cash is required
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and performing physical duties
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work at various store locations as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or sales environments
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience with firearms or willingness to obtain certification

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $14.70 to $25.00, with the opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses.
