About the Role:

Local Drivers play a vital role at FritoLay by delivering the products you know and love to local destinations. Starting as a Customer Service Specialist, this position offers opportunities for growth within FritoLay and its parent company, PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect your truck before and after each trip

• Load and unload trailers, delivering products on carts to grocery retailers and FritoLay Product Exchange Centers

• Obtain signatures confirming delivery receipt

• Pick up product returns as needed

• Complete logs and paperwork related to deliveries

Work Environment:

• 24/7 operations with varied schedules

• Physically active role involving standing and moving product throughout your shift

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

• Willing to work some weekends, holidays, and off shifts

• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)

• Capable of climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching for extended periods (with or without accommodation)

• Able to sit for up to five hours daily (with or without accommodation)

• Willing to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
