Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Branch Manager to oversee store operations and lead a team to success. This leadership role involves staff supervision, inventory oversight, and using financial data to support strategic decision-making.

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing and motivated team
• Handle store open and close processes, including managing cash and organizing merchandise
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, merchandising displays, and overall store cleanliness
• Evaluate financial reports to identify opportunities and improve operational performance
• Ensure compliance with all store policies related to loans, purchases, and sales
• Foster a positive, customer-focused environment with consistent operational practices
• Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service and supervisory positions
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and manage store personnel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Experience handling cash in a retail setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Must be open to working at different store locations as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or sales environments
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of or interest in obtaining certification for firearm handling

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.70 to $25.00, with monthly performance bonuses available.
