Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive overall store performance. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop store employees, ensure asset protection, analyze financials, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Engage customers professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members
• Open and close the store, handle cash and merchandise, and protect store assets
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation
• Drive profitability using financial reports and data analysis
• Monitor loan and purchase processes to ensure compliance
• Promote a customer-first culture and maintain store standards
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of management and customer service experience
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Computer literacy and POS experience
• Cash handling experience required
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with firearms (or ability to become certified)

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $14.70 – $25.00 per hour (base pay), plus lucrative monthly bonuses based on store performance.
