Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused, motivated individual to join our in-store team. In this position, you will assist customers with transactions, ensure merchandise is presented effectively, and help maintain daily store operations.

• Welcome customers and provide support with retail purchases and financial services

• Accurately process pawn loans, buys, and sales following company policies

• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Handle daily opening and closing responsibilities, including cash handling and inventory control

• Clearly explain transaction terms and conditions in a professional and compliant manner

• Answer phone calls and provide courteous, informative responses

• Manage a variety of items including electronics, jewelry, tools, and firearms (if applicable)

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience

• Successfully complete required training and follow all operational procedures and compliance standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, and bending

• Willing to handle and certify with firearms, where applicable

• Basic math skills and prior experience handling cash preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting

• Comfortable using POS systems and general office technology

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and at different store locations as needed

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service

• Familiarity with pawn operations, jewelry sales, or financial services is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $10.00 to $13.00 depending on experience and store location, with additional commission opportunities.

• Earn up to 8% commission on gross profit, with average hourly increases of $2.84

• Access to earned wages within two days of employment (eligibility applies)
