Role and Responsibilities:

As a Skilled Commercial Driver, your responsibility will be to ensure the safe, efficient transportation and delivery of freight across designated routes. You will contribute directly to the success of Dollar General’s distribution operations and retail supply chain.

• Operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes
• Unload freight securely at designated delivery locations
• Follow applicable traffic laws and company safety standards
• Ensure timely deliveries in coordination with dispatch and route schedules

Required Skills and Experience:

• Having a lawful Class A CDL for commercial driving
• Those who are at least 21 years of age are eligible
• Candidates must have completed at least one year of commercial driving duties
• It is required that there has been only one moving violation or accident within the last three years
• Proficiency in the secure unloading of freight at various delivery sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Those with a two-year experience level have the opportunity to make as much as $100,000 annually
