Role and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our store team. In this role, you'll assist customers with retail purchases and financial services while maintaining store appearance and upholding company standards.

• Welcome and assist customers, offering retail and financial solutions tailored to their needs
• Process pawn, buy, and retail transactions accurately and in line with company policies
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including merchandising and restocking
• Handle store opening and closing responsibilities, including secure cash and inventory management
• Clearly explain pawn and purchase terms to customers, ensuring full legal compliance
• Answer customer calls and provide prompt, professional service
• Work with a wide range of merchandise, including electronics, tools, jewelry, and firearms (if applicable)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive in-store experience
• Complete all required training and comply with company standards and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks such as standing, stooping, and climbing
• Comfortable handling firearms and willing to obtain certification where required
• Basic math skills and prior cash handling experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail setting
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS and standard office systems
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work at multiple store locations
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Background in pawn, jewelry, or financial service industries is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers an hourly wage between $10.00 and $13.00, depending on experience and location, plus a robust commission plan.

• Commission opportunities up to 8% of gross profit, with an average earnings boost of $2.84 per hour
