In charge of acquiring new memberships and ensuring a favorable experience for members through exceptional customer care to both existing and potential members as well as visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with potential members, ensuring they have a positive customer interaction.
Handle front desk related tasks:
- Respond to incoming calls with courtesy and effectiveness in assisting with inquiries or issues.
- Answer phone inquiries and lead tours of the fitness center.
- Certainly! Help with welcoming members, registering new individuals, processing withdrawals, tracking BCM facility usage, and maintaining accurate member profiles.
- Assist with member inquiries and concerns; refer to higher-level management if necessary.
- Support in keeping the club tidy and organized.

- Customer Service:Providing exceptional customer service involves surpassing the anticipated level of communication and interaction with clients, colleagues, and the community.
- Listening:Actively engage in listening and showing empathy to effectively address and resolve customer issues through collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications
- Being truthful and having a dedicated commitment to work are important qualities.
- Effective abilities in attending to customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
- A requirement to be on your feet and moving around for the majority of the working hours.
- Engaging in verbal communication face-to-face or via telephone for the majority of the work period.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs. on fewer than one-third of occasions.
