Role and Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our store team. In this role, you'll interact with customers, process transactions efficiently, and help maintain a clean, well-organized retail space.

• Greet and assist customers with retail purchases and financial service needs

• Complete pawn loans, purchases, and sales accurately, adhering to all company policies

• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and inventory security

• Clearly explain loan and purchase terms to customers, ensuring legal compliance

• Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and accurate information

• Handle a variety of products including tools, electronics, jewelry, and firearms (if required)

• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience

• Complete all required training and comply with company guidelines and procedures

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience is required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and climbing

• Comfortable handling firearms and open to obtaining required certifications

• Basic math skills; prior cash handling experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and general office software

• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and at alternate store locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service

• Background in pawn, jewelry, or financial service operations is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

This position pays between $10.00 and $13.00 per hour, based on experience and location, with additional earnings available through a commission plan.

• Commission potential of up to 8% of gross profit, with average bonuses boosting hourly earnings by $2.84
