Role and Responsibilities

American First Finance is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will build and strengthen merchant relationships, expand our customer base, and drive revenue through consistent and proactive sales strategies.

• Develop and grow merchant relationships through regular engagement and customer service
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the assigned territory
• Conduct in-person visits to 8–10 stores daily, aiming to secure 10+ new merchant partners each month
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while being fully accountable for individual performance
• Utilize AFF's CRM system to manage leads, document interactions, and optimize strategy

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
• Excellent face-to-face selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Effective collaboration with internal departments including Marketing, Training, and Sales Ops
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for travel within the territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in retail consumer finance, merchant services, or SaaS sales
