Role and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our store team. In this role, you’ll support both retail and financial service operations, helping customers with transactions while ensuring a clean, organized store atmosphere.

• Greet customers and assist with product purchases and financial services

• Execute pawn, retail, and buy transactions in compliance with company policies

• Maintain clean, stocked, and well-presented merchandise displays

• Open and close the store, including managing cash and inventory securely

• Communicate the terms of pawn and buy agreements clearly and professionally

• Answer incoming calls and offer helpful, courteous information

• Work with diverse product categories such as jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (as applicable)

• Partner with fellow team members to maintain a high-quality customer experience

• Complete required training programs and follow all operational and compliance standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical store duties, including standing and climbing

• Willingness to handle firearms and obtain certification where applicable

• Basic math skills and previous experience in cash handling preferred

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and standard office equipment

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and at multiple store locations if needed

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail or sales environment

• Familiarity with pawn operations, jewelry, or financial services is an added advantage

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay for this position ranges from $10.00 to $13.00, based on experience and store location. Additional earning potential includes commission incentives.

• Commission opportunities of up to 8% of gross profit, with an average increase of $2.84/hour
