General Summary:
Tasked with supervising the staff and overseeing the efficient planning and implementation of various store processes such as procurement, inventory control, product presentation, sales execution, staffing, and client assistance.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Enlist, pick, coach, and uphold proficient employees, guaranteeing observance of federal and state labor statutes along with company edicts.

- Contribute to the orderly staging, stocking, and storage of goods by adhering to company processes.
- Align the presentation of products with company directives by following guidelines on fixtures, pricing mechanisms, and signage.
- Control inventory with precision, reduce damage incidents, monitor markdowns, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Direct cashier monitoring, key regulation, security practices, and cash management to maintain financial credibility.
- Direct efforts towards customer service excellence and oversee the maintenance of a clean, secure, and structured store environment.
- Set up the store with the appropriate resources to streamline task completion effectively.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and documentation specifications.

- Proficient in elementary math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Competence in cash management, securing cashier accountability, and enforcing deposit guidelines is necessary.
- Knowledgeable in IBM cash register functions and generating insightful reports.
- Deep understanding of inventory handling and merchandising practices.
- Adept communication through speech and writing, paired with interpersonal skills, is vital for successful connectivity.
- Skilled at recruiting, conducting interviews, managing hiring processes, providing counseling, and executing terminations within the parameters of legal and internal regulations.
- Comprehending the guidelines for facility, cash, and safety control policies, like the utilization of store keys and involvement in the SAFE program, is essential.

Work Experience and Education:
