Role and Responsibilities:

We are hiring a motivated Store Supervisor to lead store operations and ensure peak performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily activities, guiding your team, maintaining inventory, and leveraging financial insights to achieve results.

• Provide top-tier customer service and resolve concerns promptly
• Recruit, train, and support a high-performing retail team
• Oversee store opening/closing duties, including cash handling and product organization
• Maintain inventory accuracy, uphold merchandising standards, and keep the store well-presented
• Review financial reports to identify trends and implement improvements
• Ensure all loan, sales, and purchase transactions comply with store policies
• Promote a customer-first environment and ensure consistent store operations
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management or customer service leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Experience handling cash in a retail setting
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete physical tasks
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable working at multiple store locations when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with firearms or willingness to obtain necessary certification

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers an hourly wage between $14.70 and $25.00, along with eligibility for monthly performance-based bonuses.
