Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandising Manager to take charge of daily store functions, drive performance, and lead a motivated team. This position involves managing staff, overseeing inventory and cash procedures, and applying data insights to improve business outcomes.

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns efficiently
• Recruit, train, and lead a results-driven store team
• Supervise store opening and closing, ensuring accurate cash handling and merchandise organization
• Maintain stock levels, visual merchandising, and a clean, organized store layout
• Review financial performance reports to implement operational improvements
• Ensure adherence to policies for buying, selling, and loan processing
• Champion a customer-focused store culture with consistent operational standards
• Perform other job-related duties as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Effective problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with point-of-sale systems
• Comfortable handling cash in a retail environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular store tasks
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Open to commuting to multiple store locations if required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with firearms or willingness to obtain necessary certification

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.70 to $25.00, with eligibility for monthly performance-based bonuses.
